Submitting Jobs via FTP

Please read the Submission Guidelines before submitting your job. You must also have FTP software installed to use this method of job submission. Fetch FTP Software for Mac can be downloaded from here. For PC users, click here or follow the instructions further below to submit files using Internet Explorer.


FTP Site Information

  • FTP Hostname: ftp.digitalartandgraphics.com
  • FTP Username: customers
  • FTP Password: 12345
  • Initial (Remote Site) Folder: httpdocs/
  • Port: (Leave blank)

Uploading files using Internet Explorer (PC Only)
  1. Browse to the folder containing the files you would like to upload
  2. Open Internet Explorer and in the address line type the following without quotation marks: 'ftp://ftp.digitalartandgraphics.com'
  3. When prompted, enter the username and password
  4. Browse to the folder called 'httpdocs'
  5. Right click in the browser, select 'New', then 'Folder'. Name your folder.
  6. Browse to the newly created folder
  7. Switch windows to the folder you opened in the first step and drag the files from that window into Internet Explorer
  8. Once complete, close Internet Explorer to end the session and call or email us with the folder and file names uploaded

Uploading files using WS-FTP LE (PC Only)
  1. Open WS_FTP LE and in the Session Properties window fill in the FTP information as provided above (Initial Remote Site Folder is found in the Startup tab of the Session Properties window)
  2. On the right side of the main window (Remote Site) click on 'MkDir' and create a new destination folder for your files
  3. On the left side of the main window (Local System), browse to the folder containing the files you would like to upload
  4. Between the two sides, there are two arrows. Highlight the files you want to transfer in the left window and click on the arrow pointing right.
  5. Once complete, click on 'Close" at the bottom of the window and close WS_FTP
  6. Please call or email us with the folder and file names uploaded

Uploading files using Fetch (Mac Only)
  1. In the 'New Connection' window fill in the information as provided above
  2. Create a new folder for your files and browse to it
  3. Browse to your local files to be uploaded
  4. Drag and drop your local files into the Fetch window
  5. Once complete, pleasecall or email us with the folder and file names uploaded
